Order Tracking

- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
